A new paper grade offering texture, flexibility, and more design options
WELINO® from Winter & Company is designed for those who want to use the material as an active element of their design. This paper offers a quality where the surface, color, and texture all play a role—not just the visual aspect.
The series consists of two variants that share the same base but offer different looks. WELINO® NATURAL has a smooth surface that delivers a calm and uniform result in both print quality and color reproduction. WELINO® REVERSO features a double-sided square embossing that adds a distinct texture that can be both seen and felt. This gives the material more character and makes it ideal for solutions that are handled frequently. At the same time, the double-sided embossing means you don’t have to choose between a front and a back.
A versatile paper stock in 120g/m² and 12 rich, deep colors
With a basis weight of 120 g/m², WELINO® falls between classic paper and lightweight cardboard. This makes it a versatile solution that is easy to work with while still offering a distinct tactile feel. The quality is well-suited for printing, folding, and die-cutting, and the REVERSO variant in particular feels more robust because its texture provides extra “body.”
The color palette consists of 12 shades that work well together. This makes it easy to work with visual systems, tone-on-tone solutions, or contrasts—without losing cohesion across projects. At the same time, you can combine NATURAL and REVERSO to create surface variation without changing the color scheme.

A material that enhances your design
WELINO® is made from 40% recycled fibers and 60% virgin fibers, providing a good balance between strength and sustainable material choices.
In practice, this paper is suitable for everything from book covers and packaging to folders, cards, and graphic details. What sets this series apart is that the material itself contributes to the overall look and feel. REVERSO, in particular, allows you to add texture and visual interest without the need for additional effects or finishing.
This means that in many cases, you can create a strong visual impact using fewer elements—by choosing the right material from the start.
